New 2024 Rules

New 2024 Rules

  • All form of payment will be considering as non-refundable donations.

  • We will start implementing a $25 non-refundable application fee in 2024. If accepted, it will be used as part of the fee for your first market event. Once you become our vetted and trusted vendor you are free to join any of our upcoming events and markets.

  • No rebooking. No refunds. No shows are forfeit. We will strongly enforce.

  • Early departure is equivalent to forfeit.

  • 1 vendor 1 booth. Split booth is not allowed.

  • Indoor vendors can setup 1-2 table max. Some venue space is limited, we will restrict to single 6' table. Double 6' table setup is approximate to an 8'x8' space. However, we cannot have vendor maximize entirety of assigned space, we must preserve space for foot traffic flow and observe ADA requirement. We will strongly enforce removal of any violating vendors without refunds.

  • Outdoor space is based on 10'x10' tent. 10'x20' is available upon request. "White Color Canopy Tent" is strongly preferred. No overhead signage. Any Banner must be setup on the back side of the tent or below the table. Table Covering is strongly recommended.

  • Currently cannot accept alcohol vendors due to many of our venue sells alcohol as their primary business and TABC license/permit requirements. We may potentially accept brewery or liquor manufacturer as a sponsor up on request as we need to get approval from individual venue. manufacturer must apply for a "File and In Use" from TABC.

  • Live prep food vendor must obtain Temporary Food Permit from the City of Houston or City of Sugar Land display in visible in front of their booth. Food Trucks must have current Mobile Food Unit Medallion issued by Harris County or City of Houston. We reserve rights to remove any live prep food vendors that do not have temporary food permit without refunds.

  • We partner with venues to provide market day as programing/content base on the request of venue. Thought we do pay marketing champagne however foot traffic can vary. Vendor must evaluate own risk before confirm participation.

  • In the event of severe weather condition or other unforeseen circumstance that results in cancelation. We will make our best effort to rebook/reschedule.

Social Media Sensation

All Vendors must set up a place for customers to take picture and share on social media every time they make a sale. We like to use the example of the Taiwanese Boba sensation Xing Fu Tang. In the grain of the world famous philosophy, We encourage every vendor to make your preparation into a performance art.


Vendor's Ethics

Vendors must provide good seller's ethic and observe rules and regulation enforced by the City of Houston. Vendors must display the food permits or temporary food service license required by the City of Houston in front of the booth. We reserve rights to expelled any violator of rules and regulations required by the City of Houston.

Sustainability

A sustainable future is our responsibility to our planet. We encourage all vendors and attendees to use compostable utensils at event. And, all waste materials to be collected after themselves before, during, and after the event.

No Disorderly Conduct

We are family friendly event open to the public to attend. All vendors and attendees must conduct themselves in a friendly manner to the person next to you. Disorderly conduct is strictly forbitten. Violators will be expelled from the event and taken by the police for prosecution.

No Refunds

We collect vendor fee and sell tickets to rent venue spaces and provide activity/shows to attendees. With the remainder goes towards logistics and marketing to make the event run. Vendors should be aware of audience/programing of each event to provide proper merchandise and menu items. We are not responsible for poor sales or no shows.

Firearm Strictly Forbitten

We strictly forbit firearms at the night market. We will have police and security on site to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Violators will be rejected entry and expelled.

Police and Security

Police and Security will be present during the event to ensure the safety of all participants.
